Pacgold (ASX:PGO) restarted reverse circulation drilling at its Alice River gold project in North Queensland, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The 10,000-meter program aims to extend known gold mineralization, as well as explore new regional targets.
Eight holes have already been drilled, with initial results from 490 samples expected in late May, per the filing.
Pacgold's shares were up nearly 5% in recent Wednesday trade.
