Bowman Consulting (BWMN) said Tuesday it has won a $4.2 million construction engineering contract from the Will County Board of Commissioners to reconstruct the Bell Road and 143rd Street intersection in Homer Glen, Illinois.
Bowman said its responsibilities include full construction management, oversight, and documentation of the $24 million infrastructure project, which covers 1.8 miles.
