Bhagwan Marine (ASX:BWN) appointed Mark Annand as chief operating officer, effective late May, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Annand most recently served as managing director for Baker Hughes across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea, the filing stated.

Bhagwan Marine's shares were up 5% in recent trade.
