--Banijay--the production company behind brands such as Big Brother, MasterChef and Black Mirror--has held talks with ITV to buy the British broadcaster or its studio arm, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The talks are at an early stage and there is no certainty any deal will be agreed to, the FT says.
--Banijay and ITV declined to comment, the FT reports.
