SINGAPORE, April 29 (Reuters) - Chinese offshore oil and gas major CNOOC Ltd 600938.SS may get opportunities to acquire cash-strapped companies if global oil prices keep sliding as the White House's policy agenda pressures oil markets, Yan Hongtao, CNOOC Ltd's president, told an earnings briefing.
