Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Co Ltd, formerly China Jinjiang Environment Holding Co Ltd, is a waste-to-energy (WTE) operator that focuses on the development, construction, operation and management of WTE facilities in China, by applying its differential-density circulating fluidized bed (CFB) technology and project operational and management. The Company operates through two segments: WTE Project Construction and Operation segment and Project Technical and Management Service, Equipment Selection and Sale and energy management contracting (EMC) Business segment. Through WTE Business, it processes municipal solid waste, under long-term concession agreements entered into with local governments, and sells electricity and steam generated during its WTE process. It provides EMC services to metallurgical, chemical and power generation companies.
