The funds management and investment segment refer to the Company's business as a fund manager through joint ventures and strategic alliance with third parties, as well as investment in the funds managed by fund managers, such as through participation by way of a limited partner or shareholder in the fund company. The Company's portfolio includes residentials, mixed use, and industrial. Its residential project, Spottiswoode Suites, has approximately 38,911 square feet land area.
