Jawala Inc. is a Malaysia-based sustainable forest company. The Company is focused on the cultivation of industrial tree plantations situated in Sabah, Malaysia. The Company operates in one segment, which is the timber segment. It is engaged in the business of the management of forestry resources including the planting and extraction of logs, managing the planting and silvicultural treatments of natural and plantation forests, felling, cutting, collecting, removing and converting trees into forest produce such as logs and timber within the Sapulut Forest Reserve, Sabah (the Licensed Area). The Company's logs comprise of Seraya, Kapur, Keruing, Selangan Batu, Sedaman and logs of hard and soft densities. It manages a Licensed Area comprising a commercial forest reserve (Class II) of approximately 11,043 hectares in the Licensed Area. The Company's subsidiary is Jawala Plantation Industries Sdn. Bhd.
