Its principal activities are the operation of fast-food restaurants and specialty coffee chains, wholesalers of foodstuff and frozen food, manufacturing of butchery products, and manufacturing and distribution of condensed and evaporated milk. The Company has four segments. Trading and Frozen Food segment consists of Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd, which is a frozen food and premium food wholesaler. Pok Brothers Sdn Bhd’s products include frozen/chilled meats, dairy products, seafood and condiments, among others. Food Services segment develops and operates Texas Chicken restaurants in Malaysia and Brunei. Food Processing segment consists of Gourmessa Sdn Bhd, which manufactures and processes cold cuts, sausages, portion control meat and smoked salmon. Dairies segment produces dairy products, including SC, EC, milk powder, sterilized milk and tin cans.
