It has approximately 38 hotels and resorts operating under hospitality brands that include COMO Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels, Six Senses Hotels & Resorts, and Concorde Hotels. The Properties segment is engaged in rental and sale operations on residential properties and commercial units. The Company's properties include Bankside Yards West, Paddington Square and Concorde Shopping Mall. Its other luxury residential developments in Singapore include Cuscaden Residences, Four Seasons Park, Scotts 28 and Tomlinson Heights. The Others segment is engaged in distribution and retail operations, activities on quoted and unquoted investments and others.
