Its property portfolio comprises the following properties in Singapore Milan, and Italy: a 99-year leasehold1 interest in Jem, an integrated office and retail mall located in Jurong East, Singapore (Jem); a 99-year leasehold2 interest in 313@somerset, a retail mall located in Orchard, Singapore (313@somerset); and a freehold interest in Sky Complex, which comprises three office buildings located in Milan, Italy (Sky Complex).
