【野村:维持华润置地“买入”评级 目标价升至30.7港元】野村发布研报称,华润置地2024年业绩大致符合预期,净利润同比下跌9%至254亿元人民币,对比该行预测达到256亿元人民币,全年毛利率为21.6%,仍处于低位,主要由于期内确认了较低利润率的项目。憧憬在商业营运及开发业务双引擎推动下,野村相信润地可从潜在的宏观经济复苏中受惠,维持“买入”评级,上调目标价由29.8港元升至30.7港元。因应房地产开发业务利润率预期下调,野村将华润置地2024至2026财年的盈利预测下调6%至8%,未来12个月每股资产净值预测从54.1元下调至51.1元。
