【港股异动丨内房股普涨 业内称房地产市场有望逐步企稳】港股内房股普遍上涨,其中,新城发展涨3.4%,华润置地、碧桂园、金辉控股、建发国际涨超2%,万科企业、旭辉控股、富力地产、融创中国等多股涨幅超1%。 业内人士普遍认为,3月份开始,各地房屋交易行情持续提振和改善,尤其是近日出台的《提振消费专项行动方案》,对于住房消费给予了更大的支持。随着包括公积金贷款利率下调等有利政策陆续出台,房地产市场有望持续得以提振。 对于房地产市场的走势,58安居客研究院院长张波分析认为,目前,房地产市场正处于政策持续发力、市场信心逐步修复的关键时期。市场分化还在持续,后续市场走向仍需关注政策的进一步落实效果、宏观经济环境变化以及消费者信心的恢复等多方面因素。
