The Company operates through two segments: Hardware, Lifecycle Services and IT Asset Disposition (HW and ITAD), and Third Party Maintenance (TPM). HW and ITAD segment includes hardware resale, which is engaged in the distribution of IT hardware, including but not limited to pre-owned servers, storage and networking equipment, and supply chain management, which is engaged in assisting OEMs in the distribution of their goods as part of their supply chain activities. It also provides services to extend the life of IT equipment by means of equipment refurbishment, data destruction services and other lifecycle services, and disposal, recycling, refurbishment and resale of IT hardware before it is at its absolute end-of-life state. TPM segment includes renewable maintenance contracts that provides IT maintenance services for a variety of IT systems and networks, and other related services.
