(1) The number of cumulative contracts traded is based on the calendar month of the exchange's time zone.
(2) When a Good-Till-Cancelled (GTC) order is not filled within a single trading day, each other trading day that the remainder of such order is filled it will be treated as a fresh order fee-wise.
(3) "Multi-leg options" is a feature to submit multiple options contract orders together. The fee of each order (leg) is calculated separately and is the same as placing such orders (legs) separately.
(4) By default, users are placed on the fixed commission plan. A user can change from one plan to the other once a month.
