Kimly Limited is a Singapore-based coffee shop operator. The Company operates through three segments. The outlet management segment is involved in the leasing of food outlet premises to tenants as the master leaseholder, the sale of food, beverages, and tobacco products, and the provision of cleaning and utility services. The outlet investment business segment involves investment in properties (freehold or leasehold) in order to benefit from rental income and/or capital growth. The food retail segment comprises Mixed Vegetable Rice stalls, Teochew Porridge stalls, Dim Sum stalls, Seafood Zi Char stalls, Japanese food stalls, and Western food stalls, which operate within the Company’s coffeeshops, third-party coffeeshops, food courts, F&B kiosks, and full-service restaurants. The food retail segment is also engaged in the manufacturing, processing, and sale of food products to customers. These food products are also available for online ordering through multiple delivery platforms.
