Tung Lok Restaurants (2000) Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are restaurateur, central kitchen support function and investment holding. It operates through four segments: Restaurant, Catering, Manufacturing and Others. Its Restaurant segment is engaged in the business of operating restaurants. The Catering segment is engaged in the business of providing catering services. Its Manufacturing segment includes central kitchen functions that support the restaurant segment as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEM) products to third parties. Its Others segment comprises of the corporate services, treasury functions, investment holding activities and franchising activities. It owns approximately 35 outlets, consisting of 26 are directly owned, three are held by its associates and six others are under license/franchise. It owns and manages restaurants in Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Philippines.
