The Company’s subsidiaries are engaged in the trading of commodity chemical products, provision of water treatment solutions using microbial and/or chemicals in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), print and paper management related activities and in investment and trading of securities. The Company has three segments: Chemicals, Printing related and Investment. Chemicals segment covers the chemical trading business and provision of water treatment solutions using microbial and/or chemicals. Printing related segment covers the printing management and paper management related activities. Investment segment covers the investment business. Its subsidiaries include Abundance Resources Pte. Ltd., Orient-Salt Chemicals Pte. Ltd., Abundance Investments Pte. Ltd. and other.
