It operates through two segments: Marine & Offshore and property. The Marine & Offshore segment comprises mooring and rigging, water treatment and engineering businesses. The Property segment comprises property development and consultancy services. Its subsidiaries include TEHO International (USA), LLC, TEHO (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., TEHO Engineering Pte. Ltd., TEHO EuROPE B.V., and TEHO EuROPE Property B.V.
