Asia Enterprises Holding Limited is a Singapore-based distributor of a comprehensive range of steel products to industrial end-users in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. The Company provides a range of steel products and value-added services. It has a ready inventory consisting of approximately 1,200 steel products that it supplies to over 700 active customers involved primarily in the marine and offshore, oil and gas, construction, engineering/fabrication and manufacturing industries. The Company owns two facilities in Singapore, a multi-story warehouse and a steel processing plant-cum-warehouse. The Company operates through three segments: steel distribution, provision of steel processing, and corporate. Steel distribution segment is involved in the procurement, distribution and trading of steel products. Provision of steel processing segment is involved in the processing of steel materials for sale. Corporate segment is involved in investment and management activities.
