Yamada Green Resources Limited is an investment holding company. The Company is a grower, manufacturer and supplier of fresh and processed agricultural products in China. The Company's products consist of two segments, including self-cultivation segment and processed food segment. Its self-cultivated products consist of shiitake mushroom, moso bamboo trees and bamboo shoots that are sold to wholesalers of agricultural products in the domestic markets. Its processed food products include processed mushrooms, processed vegetables, water-boiled bamboo shoots and konjac-based dietary fiber food products that are sold in cities in China and exported to overseas markets, mainly Japan, under its customers' brand names. The Company also possesses upstream resources with sawdust from its eucalyptus plantations, utilized for the production of synthetic logs used in the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms, and the spring bamboo shoots from its bamboo plantations.
