NetLink NBN Trust is a business trust, which designs, builds, owns and operates the passive fiber network infrastructure comprising ducts, manholes, fiber cables and central offices of Singapore’s Nationwide Broadband Network. Its network provides nationwide coverage to residential homes and non-residential premises in mainland Singapore and its connected islands. Its services include the use of the network for the purpose of end-user fiber connections, for broadband, Internet-protocol TV and voice-over Internet protocol services, the use of the other passive infrastructure to provide fiber connections, and the provision of other non-fiber ancillary services. It uses its network to provide fiber connections meant for residential and enterprise end-users. The network provides residential end-user connections, non-residential end- user connections, non-building address points and segment and point-to-point connections. Its trustee-manager is NetLink NBN Management Pte. Ltd.
