The Fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Europe 350TM (the “Underlying Index”), which measures the performance of the stocks of leading companies in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The market capitalization of constituent companies is adjusted to reflect only those stocks that are available to non-U.S. investors.
