The principal activities of the Company are construction, operation and management of sustainable development projects; trading of construction materials; energy conservation services and installation of green technology and architecture, and investment holdings. The Company operates through four segments: insulation, underground utility tunnel, management, and materials trading. Its Insulation segment is engaged in constructing and operating external insulation projects. Its Underground Utility Tunnel segment is engaged in constructing and operating underground utility tunnels for utility lines and communications lines. Its Materials Trading segment is engaged in the trading of green technology materials. Its completed projects consist of Three-Ditch Bankside LED lighting demonstration project in Heilongjiang Province; the Hebai estate demonstration project in Harbin City, and the Phase I of an underground utility tunnel.
