Procedure of Withdrawal

1. Visit the Tiger Withdrawal page

You can access the Withdrawal page through Tiger Trade APP or Tiger official website.

  • Sign in to the Tiger Trade APP and go to「Trade」 - 「More」- 「Withdraw Funds」.

  • Or visit Tiger official website, log in your trading account, go to「My Account」 - 「Withdrawal」.

 

2. Submit withdrawal application

 

2.1 Select the withdrawal currency

  • You can choose the currency of your account balance. Currently, Tiger supports withdrawals in HKD, USD and CNH.

  • Tiger also supports exchanging the account balance into the currency you need before withdrawal. (Please refer to Currency Conversion for details)

2.2 Choose the receiving bank account, fill in the withdrawal amount, and provide the withdrawal reason

  • You can select or add a receiving bank account in the「Receiving Bank Account」.

  • For withdrawal amounts, please refer to the introduction of withdrawable amounts for details.

Note: According to Hong Kong compliance requirements, a bank account used for withdrawal needs to have a record of a single deposit of 10,000 HKD, 1,500 USD, or 10,000 CNH.

Note: Please select your own bank account as the collection account for your withdrawal.

Note: Tiger currently does not support withdrawals to non-Hong Kong bank accounts.

2.3 After entering the login password and mobile verification code, please confirm to submit the withdrawal request

 

3. Track the withdrawal application

 

After submitting the withdrawal application, you can go to [ Portfolio > more > Transfer History > Requests ] in the Tiger Trade app to view the processing process, or cancel the application.

 

4. Time to receive funds

Notification time

Estimated time of receipt

Before 11:00 AM on a trading day

Before 6:00 PM on the same day

After 11:00 AM on a trading day

Before 6:00 PM on the next trading day

Note: Actual crediting time is based on the processing time of your receiving bank.

5. Withdrawal fee

  • FPS: Free

  • Other payment methods: Approximately 55 HKD
