9) How do I upgrade from a cash to a margin account
Before you open a margin account, you need to recognise the risks associated with it. Please review our FAQ on Pro and Cons on Using a Margin account and read the Risk disclosure of Margin trading for an in-depth understanding of a Margin account.
To upgrade, simply use your Tiger Trade app>Go to Portfolio>Account>Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Upgrade to Margin Account as shown below and follow the next steps.
