12) Where can I see the margin rate of a stock
The margin rate on any share can be viewed by searching for the company you want to trade > click on the icon next to the share price as shown below:
Let's take AAPL as an example, you can view the margin requirements for AAPL by clicking on the icon labelled "Long And Short", to the right of Apple's share price. We can see that AAPL's Long Initial Margin rate is 30%, Long Maintenance Margin rate is 25%, Short Initial Margin rate is 35% and Short Maintenance Margin rate is 30%.
