3. How do I close my Tiger account
We are sorry to see you go, please reach out to us at clientservices@tigerbrokers.nz if there is anything we can do to keep you from closing your account.
To close your Tiger account, you will need to have no more than (-10USD~30USD), 'Cash + Incurred Interest + Incurred Dividend' balance in your account.
If you still want to close your account, please click on this link or close the account via the Tiger Trade App,
go to Settings > Account Management > Account Cancellation > Read the terms and conditions carefully and confirm all the terms and conditions.
If you are still having trouble closing your account, please contact us at clientservices@tigerbrokers.nz and we can manually look into your request.
