3) How do I know if my order has been filled

You can check the status of your Order via the Tiger Trade app on your mobile or desktop.
 
Mobile app: Go to Portfolio > Orders > here you can view your To Be Filled, Filled and Cancelled orders.
 
Desktop app: Stocks tab > Order (bottom middle of your screen) > you can view your Pending, Cancelled and Filled orders.
